ByLaws
It is the duty of the ByLaws committee:
(a) to receive proposed amendments to the bylaws and prepare them for presentation to the board of directors;
(b) forward bylaws changes to the state bylaws chairperson for final approval;
(c) revise the local organization's bylaws annually, to conform with mandatory KFBPW changes, and publish such changes.

Finance
It is the duty of the finance committee to prepare an annual budget for the local organization, to have general supervision of all expenditures, and to assist the local organization in developing a sound financial policy. The local treasurer shall chair this committee.

Foundation
The foundation committee shall promote interest in and support of the Kentucky Business and Professional Women's Foundation.

Jerilyn Hippler  
Legislation
The legislation committee duties are to carry out the legislative programs adopted by the state federation. The committee shall study local legislative needs in order to make recommendations to the local organization.

   
Aspiring Professional
The duties of this committee is to encourage recruitment of young people into membership, organize and coordinate the young aspiring professional program, and promote activities that involve the participation of young people.

Garden Spot Run
This committee helps with the registration of the Garden Spot Run.
